Meet the Principal!

Hello everyone! My name is Ryan Etheridge and I'm so excited to be the new principal of Fallston Elementary School. I'm married to Brittany and we have three boys - two in elementary and one in middle school. We love to cook together, take care of our garden, hike at the Broad River Greenway, and play soccer. We stay pretty busy between sports and church activities!

I have a bachelor of arts in Early Childhood Education at Clemson University, a masters of School Administration from Appalachian State University, and a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy from Vanderbilt University. My research focuses on improvement science, rural education, and elementary schools.
